Managing organization-wide structural and cultural changes leading to designs that enhance organizational effectiveness is a key business skill. Change issues of managing growth, resistance, intervention phases, crisis managment, and intergroup conflict/power are combined with design issues of balancing innovation and predictability, decentralization and centralization. This 3-unit course will employ in-the-moment simulation to allow students the opportunity to experience the theories they will learn about. Prerequisite: BUS100W & BUS161A
